Client Accountant, Part-Time, Permanent, £30,000 - £40,000 Per Annum (Pro Rata), Warrington
My client is leading real estate investment agency looking for a Part Time Client Accountant (2-3 days a week) to join their growing office in Warrington.
Main duties will include:
- Producing Service Charge year end reports
- Producing monthly/quarterly Client Account reports
- Liaising with Surveyors/on site staff where required
- All other ad hoc duties as required
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous solid experience within Property Management Accounts
- Experience with using Property Management software, ideally QUBE
