Part Time Company Accountant - Horwich \n\n Your new company\n Our client is a growing group of companies based in Horwich, currently made up of four limited companies they have rapid expansion plans for the next 5 years and are looking for a Company Accountant to help them in this very exciting transition.\n \n Your new role\n The role will encompass:\n\n * Review current processes and procedures and suggest improvements as needed\n * Take over the preparation of budgets, month end, financial forecasts and year end\n * Produce monthly management accounts for each company\n * Conduct margin analysis and implement relevant KPI's\n * Where required report\/intervene on Project P+L's \/ Assist managers as required\n * Produce detailed cash flow forecasting along with suggested actions to take\n * Oversee Credit Control (liaise with Admin and intervene as required)\n * HMRC, VAT and CIS\n * Prepare payment runs\n * Sales and Pipeline Analysis\n * Bank Reconciliation and Management\n * Payroll Processing (Bright Pay Payroll)\n * Interpreting and Communicating key actions required to meet monthly and yearly business plans\/targets.\n * The role will see you reporting to the management team and you will have full responsibility for the finance function within each company. In addition, the company is overhauling its current Accountancy software and you will play a significant part in the introduction of new systems and processes to support this. Experience of Sage 50 and Xero would be essential for this role. The group are mid-way through a multi-year strategy which has seen consistent growth and profitability and your role will play an important part in helping to execute those plans and ensuring it has the best information, processes and procedures to continue. The role is part time, and the hours can be flexible as well as accommodation for term time\/non term time changes to working patterns. While it is anticipated that the companies predicted growth could see this role become full time it is not compulsory that this will be the case and that other ways to full fill this could be used instead.
