As a compliance Manager, you will be supporting all aspects of recruitment regulatory compliance.This will be a part-time, flexible role. 30 hours per week.The position is involved in a busy recruitment office, implementing the Compliance Programme.Duties will include:Design and perform regular monitoring and auditingDesign and complete audit reports and make recommendationsReview and draft company policies against relevant regulationReport on compliance and quality matters, highlighting possible risks, making appropriate recommendations and implementing themProvide, advice, training and support to the senior management team and staff regarding all compliance mattersInvestigate complaints independently, promptly, fairly and in accordance with company policy and within regulatory guidelinesLog and investigate internally generated suspicious activity reports to determine the need to escalate externallyComplete third party due diligence checksPerform regulatory risk assessments to understand risk level, significance, scope and make recommendations for mitigationBenefits include a contributory pension and employee benefits programme.You must have relevant compliance experience and be able to work both independently and be a self-starter.Own transport is essential due to the location of our officesAbout usKPI Recruiting is a leading multi-sector recruitment agency that started in the North West and now extends across the UK.
