Page Personnel are currently recruiting a part time Credit Controller on a permanent basis, on behalf of a well established, privately owned property development firm in Leeds.
Our Client are a well established, privately owned property development firm based in Leeds. They are currently recruiting an experienced Credit Controller for a standalone position, on a part time basis.
As a Credit Controller you will be responsible for, however not limited to; managing the ledger for the group as this is a standalone position however you will be part of a successful finance team, monitor the relevant mailboxes, posting payments and receipts on the relevant financial statements and accounting software as required, as well as allocating cash receipts, ensure that all invoices are paid in accordance with the payment terms, proactively engaging with customers and chasing late payments where required, liaise with clients, providing the best professional service possible in order to resolve payment queries and disputes and managing the credit control facility within the Company, chasing for any outstanding payments and escalating any issues to Management.
The successful candidate will have;
- A strong background in Credit Control
- The ability to work well in a standalone position
- Have the ability to prioritise your workload
- Have the ability to work to deadlines
Salary is ranging £24,000 - £28,000 (full time equivalent) + 20 days annual leave + bank holidays + pension (up to 10% employer contribution) + free onsite parking + free onsite gym.
