Temporary Finance job Part time Credit Controller / Sales Ledger - Southampton

Your new role:
You will be joining a small, friendly finance team in a temporary role, the assignment will initially last between 3 and 6 months depending on the needs of the organisation. Joining the team during a period of change, you will take responsibility of all credit control related duties. This will include chasing payments, resolving invoice related queries, running debtor reports and ensuring that aged debt is kept to a minimum. Allocating payments, reconciling accounts and assisting with invoicing may also be required.
What you'll need to succeed:
You will be a skilled credit controller, who has the ability to provide the highest levels of customer service, while still ensuring that invoices are settled in line with agreed terms. You will be a "people person", with strong communication skills and the ability to build excellent working relationships at all levels.
Strong attention to detail, numeracy skills and PC literacy will also be required.
