Part Time Credit Controller

Our client based in Blackburn, are currently recruiting for an experience Credit Controller to cover a maternity leave. The role would be three days a week (approximately 22 hours per week) The credit control team is responsible for managing the debts of the business.They ensure that invoices are paid on time, evaluate new credit requests and advise on credit limits.Responsibilities and DutiesChasing payment for outstanding sales invoicesKeeping a close watch on debtor account balancesResponding to customer queriesPosting and allocating daily receipts to accounting systemsReconciling accountsCustomer relationsProviding administrative support to the finance teamOther ad hoc duties as requiredSkills and ExperiencePrevious credit control experienceExcellent customer servicePersistence and determinationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsThorough attention to detailProblem solving skillsAbility to work well in a teamThe role is for a minimum of 6 months and the client would ideally like someone to start mid to late September.If you have the above skills, please apply to Tammy Smith now.Contact: Tammy Smith Reference: Totaljobs/TJ/TS/17431 Job ID: 94429407
