Page Personnel are currently recruiting a part time Credit Controller on behalf of a large independent manufacturing firm based in Rotherham. This company has been established since 1990 and are a medium sized privately owned company who pride themselves in providing a high level of customer service.

Description

As a part time Credit Controller you will be responsible for, however not limited to; credit control for installation & service departments across 5 Branches, liaising with Corporate clients, providing reconciled statements of accounts, dealing with 30day plus debtors, Liaising with project managers, & the Sales team, allocating remittances to ledger accounts, cash book maintenance, investigating & resolving invoice queries, and other duties will include assisting the Purchase Ledger team during periods of heavy workload, holidays & sickness. (Training will be provided).

Profile

The successful candidate will;

  • Be able to demonstrate an effective track record gained in a similar, role & environment
  • Have the ability to work in a team as well as individually
  • Have decision making skills
  • Have excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Have the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

Job Offer

This is a part time role, worked over 3 days per week - preferably Weds, Thurs, Fri but we can be flexible around this. The salary is up to £17.5k - £19k based on full time.
