A reputable organisation in Shrewsbury who have been established for over 25 years.
The organisation is very stable and has a small friendly team of 5 in finance. They are looking to create a new role for a part time credit controller to join them as a result of a restructure of duties within the team.
This is a superb all-round role in credit control, that would suit someone experienced who is able to take ownership and manage the process. The role is not pressured and would suit someone looking for work-life balance.
You will be setting up customer accounts, ensuring details remain accurate and credit checking customers. You will monitor terms and cash flow and update spreadsheets, as well as maintaining the cash book. You will take ownership and chase outstanding payments via telephone, email or post, and issue statements and invoices. You will allocate payments and handle customer queries.
We are looking for an experienced credit controller who can commit to 20-25 hours per week to support this thriving business with reducing debt.
