Part-Time Employee Support Specialist

The role:

Are you great with people and enjoy delivering outstanding customer service? If yes, the Employee Support Centre is the place for you. The role will involve resolving any queries relating to their flexible benefits package via phone or email.

We are currently looking for a part-time Employee Support Specialist to join our awesome team, we are ideally looking for someone to do 25 hours a week, between the hours of 10-3pm daily, Monday to Friday, to cover our busiest part of the day. 

Within the team you will provide excellent customer service to a wide range of customers on a day to day basis. You will need to be a real people person with a positive attitude to be part of a great team. 

Previous experience working in a customer service environment would be ideal but your passion to deliver outstanding customer service is what we want.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be answering inbound calls and responding to emails from multiple clients

  • Become a hub of knowledge on employee benefits and how they work

  • Working as a team to meet SLA’s

  • Working individually to meet personal productivity targets/goals

  • Providing excellent customer service to clients and their employees

Key Musts:

  • Happy to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent team player

  • Fast learner

  • Competent computer skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Experience in customer service
