Part Time Estate Agency Bookkeeper

Are you an experienced Accounts person who has experience in managing finances within an Estate Agency environment?

Estate Agency experience is ESSENTIAL for this position and you will be involved in the following;

  • Generating invoices for sales commissions, introduction fees to solicitors
  • Raising lettings as well as sub- contractor invoices as well as fees- experience of this is a must
  • Compilation of ARLA report
  • Chasing of outstanding debt and payments
  • Rent management
  • Managing financials for project based work
  • Monitoring of all business transactions to ensure all invoices are generated
  • Jupix experience a bonus

This role is Monday to Friday- 30 hours per week- some flexibility available
