Part-Time Finance & Office Manager

Working for a successful and growing company, this is a senior appointment within the organisation and the role will be varied and interesting. Your remit will be to look after the day to day activities in the Finance Department, and this will include ledgers, credit control, banking, bank reconciliation and such like, with an Assistant undertaking the more transactional duties, and requiring only your guidance and supervision in these areas. You will be required to undertake the higher end work such as the preparation of VAT returns, the preparation of monthly management accounts, cash flows, forecasts, budgets and the preparation of the year end accounts; working closely with the MD. There will be an some general company administrative duties to undertake as well. The company use bespoke software.

It is envisaged that the company will require somebody for around 20 hours per week, and there is an element of flexibility as to when the hours are worked.
