A Part Time Finance Manager is needed for a growing construction company commutable from Bedford, Huntington or Wellingborough.

Working closely with the Managing Director and overseeing 2 full time clerks you will be responsible for the budgets, forecasts and cash management for the company. We are looking for someone who wants to add value, improve systems and processes and wants to make a difference.

The role will be pivotal in enabling further growth for the business and you will be involved in a number of projects which is likely to include the implementation of a new accounting system to replace their Sage Line 50 system.

The role is for circa 3 days per week, however the time can be split over 3, 4 or 5 days to suit. There will also be flexibility for some remote working once the right systems and processes are in place.

Ideally you will be a qualified Accountant but candidates who are "qualified by experience" with relevant experience will definitely be considered. The company operates in the construction sector, so previous experience of CIS returns and applications would be beneficial, however this is not a prerequisite.
