Your duties will include processing invoices, credit control, monthly reconciliations, accounts payable & receivable, managing the company finances, controlling company spends, budgeting and collating financial reports with statements, balance sheets and future financial plans.
You will also be required to chase and resolve unpaid invoices, and attend meetings with management to discuss financial reports & cash flow, and to discuss any recommended financial changes to benefit the business.
The role is a part-time position (24 hours per week) with flexibility for the hours to be worked across 3 or 4 days. The role may potentially move into a full-time position in the New Year, so flexibility for this would be an advantage.
The role may also be relocated to the Havering area next year, so a car driver with a willingness to travel to the Havering area would be ideal.
