Part-Time Finance Manager

My client runs 2 businesses and is looking for a Part-time Finance Manager to cover both for c 20 hours per week

Duties of Finance Manager are likely to include

Post all bank transactions to accounts package and keep bank accounts reconciled

? Maintain fixed asset register

? Update commission spreadsheet and raise sales invoices when due

? Prepare monthly management accounts and reconcile all balance sheet items

? Maintain a daily cashflow and update cash forecast.

? Collate and send monthly payroll information to Accountants

? Assist with company’s HR procedures

? Credit and purchase ledger control including supplier payment

s ? Maintain agency agreement spreadsheet and folders

? Process/Submit/Pay VAT quarterly

? Prepare year end accounts and send to Accountants

The Candidate for Finance Manager

Could be AAT /QBE or qualified and looking for Part-Time Role

Good Sage knowledge and preferably also knowledge of Xero

Please note as this is not a remote role you must be prepared to travel to the office in Summertown.

Flexibility will increase as role becomes more familiar
