This is a 3 day a week role (although candidates looking for 4 days can be considered).
They are fully remote at the moment, however they are moving to state of the art offices in the city centre in October and are therefore keen to find someone who will split their time between working from home and being in the office.
The successful candidate will join a dynamic and vibrant team with an excellent work culture.
You'll be fully responsible for the accounts for the company and will provide insightful analysis to the senior management for use during the monthly management meetings.
Reporting into the Managing Director your role will involve;
*Preparation of monthly management accounts.
*Budgeting and financial foresting.
*Preparation and processing of payroll including pension scheme.
*Debtor and creditor management.
*PAYE and VAT submissions
*Manage client invoicing and all bookkeeping.
*Support in HR activities and managing business operations.
The Successful Candidate will;
*Be able to self manage their own time efficiently.
*Be highly numerate with good spreadsheet skills.
*Have an enthusiastic and proactive approach.
*Have strong management accountancy skills.
*Be experienced in using Xero.
