- Sage Accounts & Sage Payroll / Qualified AAT / ACCA or CIMA Experienced Finance Manager to join a long standing client based just outside of Birmingham.
The ideal candidate will have sound knowledge of the management accounting processes.
* Developing procedures, monitor and spot check processes are being followed
* Monitor and develop KPIs
- review, manage and adhere to all grant terms and conditions giving advice where needed
* Support the finance team with processing of complex transactions on the accounting system providing advice, guidance and training to upskill every member of the team
* In conjunction with the CEO, prepare training sessions for other members of the finance team to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and to strive for efficiency with all working practices
* Assist the CEO with internal and external audits
* Ensure combined budgets and budget holders are allocated accurately and reviewed on a timely basis
