A small marketing agency are looking for a part time Finance Manager for a 9 months’ maternity cover to join the team at their office based in Vauxhall (remote working during lockdown).
Your responsibilities will include:
- Monthly management accounts - preparation, journals, accruals, prepayments
- Client billing & accounts receivable
- Working with the team on monthly income and billing
- PO monitoring
- Accounts payable
- VAT, EC sales lists, PAYE/NI payments
- Processing monthly payroll and pension (Xero)
- General bookkeeping (Xero)
- Credit cards and bank accounts reconciliation and posting
- Liaising with external accountant (re company accounts & P11Ds)
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience in a Finance/Accountancy role. You will ideally be a part-qualified accountant with a minimum of 2 years’ experience with Xero software.
This role requires a confident, proactive person with the ability to work well under pressure and have excellent attention to detail.
12 hours per week, £20 per hour. Starting end of February 2021.
