Working for a very established and successful organisation who are a specialist and leader in their field.
?? Working as part of a small and friendly team, reporting to the two Directors
?? Working on Sage, Xero and Bankline systems
?? Payroll preparation and submission
?? Pensions contributions , maintenance and submission
?? Preparing cash flow forecasts and weekly cash flow reporting
?? Inputting into the purchase order
?? Logging purchase invoices
?? Creating sales invoices
?? Keeping on top of creditors/ debtors
?? Year–end preparation
?? Collating timesheets for Engineers out in the field
?? Producing financial project reports
?? Preparing the budget
?? Vat returns
?? Liaising with HMRC
This is a varied role, you will need to have previously worked on Bankline and preferably be conversant with Xero as the company are in the process of moving onto that system, you will have an accommodating and professional approach and be able to hit the ground running. 20 hours per week with flexibility in terms of start and finish times.
