Part Time Finance Manager - Charity

We're working with a remarkable charitable organisation in Sheffield who are looking for a Finance Manager to take on a hands-on role over 21 hours a week.

The Finance Manager will be responsible for the management of all financial systems, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, liaising with the Chief Executive and external auditors.

The job;

* Provide the senior management team and Trustees with regular financial reporting.
* Cash flow, bank accounts, books and records of the organization.
* Management accounts production.
* Annual budget preparation for approval by the Trustees.
* Provide quarterly management reports for the Trustee meetings which tracks: trends, revenue income; and agreed KPIs.
* Monitor cash balances and produce cash flow forecasts as required
* Ensure cash is deposited across bank accounts
* Liaise with the auditors to provide annual audited reports
* Management of the accountant.

The person;
*Charity/not for profit experience
*Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
*Experience in a similar senior finance role
*Balance sheet control
