Job Category: Finance Manager Job Location: Doncaster, Yorkshire and Humberside, United Kingdom Elevation Recruitment Group are supporting a growing business in Doncaster to recruit a part-time Finance Manager.Reporting to the company Directors, this is a new role with the business as they are now at a stage in their growth where they need to recruit an experienced Finance Manager, who will be able to bring the finance function in-house, set up all the processes and procedures, and provide accurate management information to the Directors to support their commercial decision making.Key Responsibilities:*Developing the internal finance function - embedding new processes and procedures including the month-end reporting process using the Xero Accounting system*Creating a monthly management information pack for the Directors that will give them an accurate overview of company performance*Overseeing transactional finance - including Accounts Payable and Receivable *Ensuring the accurate processing of the monthly payroll*Completing the CIS return*Preparation of monthly management accounts *Cash flow management and forecasting*Budgeting and forecasting*Submitting the VAT return to HMRC*Managing the relationship with bank*Providing financial support to the appraisal of new projects*Analysing costs on construction projects against budgets*Liaising with Site Managers*Ad-hoc project work as required by the Company DirectorsThis is a great opportunity for a hands-on Finance Manager to play an integral role in the continued development of this organisation.
