Part time HR Advisor

SF Recruitment are currently working with a successful manufacturing business in the Birmingham area. My client is looking for a Part time HR Advisor on a temporary basis, up until August 2021.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (pro rata)
Hours: 3 days per week (flexible days and hours - office based)

Responsibilities
- To provide HR transactional support
- Onboarding of all new starters, including reference checks, issuing offer letters and contracts
- Processing all leavers
- Assisting with 1st line employee relations
- Providing support with recruitment, including advertising, shortlisting and organising interviews
- Support with the completion of implementation of a time and attendance system
- Training all users on the new T&A system

Required
- Previous experience HR Advisor experience working in a fast paced environment
- Able to multi task
- Excellent at building relationships
- Organised with a keen eye for detail
