Are you an experienced HR generalist looking to make your next career move or are you seeking out a part time role that fits with your life better? If so, I am looking to hear from experienced HR Advisors for a lovely client of mine based in Brighton. The role will be 25 hours a week and ideally will start immediately to gain a handover with the current postholder although notice periods will be considered for the right candidate. Ideally you will be - A CIPD qualified professional. Have a minimum of 5 year's experience of HR. Be an excellent communicator who can lead on recruitment and training Have hands on experience of managing ER issues independently Your responsibilities - Developing and maintaining our company policies Managing absence, disciplinary's, grievances and sickness Coaching managers on performance management issues Maintaining all staff records in accordance with the Data Protection Act Developing our performance management system Staying abreast of HR best practice and employment law, providing advice to our people managers Ensuring that we develop policies and procedures that promote equality of opportunity to staffIf you are interested please apply by attaching your CV to this advert or emailing (url removed) and I will get in touch with suitable candidates as soon as possible.
