JR have a great role for a Part Time HR Advisor to join a Nottingham City Centre professional services business during a time of growth.
Joining the business at an exciting time of change and you will assist the HR Manager with embedding the People Plan into the business, which will involve working on some exciting projects in the next 12 months alongside BAU work. This will be a true generalist role, in a fast paced regulated environment and an opportunity to develop within the role.
Working 3 - 4 full days including a Friday, flexibility and a work life balance is promoted.
CIPD level 5 qualified.
3 years + experience or working in a generalist HR role.
Working knowledge of using HRIS.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice.
