Page Personnel are supporting a large manufacturing business with the appointment of a temporary Part Time HR Advisor (3 days).

Description

Working in a busy HR team, this Part Time HR Advisor will take responsibility for:

  • A backlog of employee relations cases from start to finish
  • Updating HR policies in light of Brexit
  • Dealing with extending furlough for various staff and management of furloughed staff base
  • Supporting with various other generalist HR duties

    • Profile

    Ideal candidates will be available to start immediately and have a proven HR Advisory background with the ability to lead complex casework from start to finish.

    You will also be comfortable working part time - 3 days per week.

    Although this role will be mostly working from home, you will live locally to Coventry as you will need to visit the manufacturing site as business needs require.

    Ideally you will hold a CIPD qualification level 7.

    This role is a temporary role - initially for 1 month but with the chance of extension.

    Job Offer

    Up to £33000 FTE
