Part Time HR Advisor

A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a HR Advisor to join a manufacturing business based in Lancashire. This is initially a 9 month FTC role where you will work as part of a wider HR team on the following areas:


While professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required.
  • Supporting Managers on all areas of HR policy and process advice
  • Coaching Line Managers
  • Leading on absence and performance issues
  • Supporting the business with a variety of change projects
  • Working on acquisitions

This is a true generalist role where you will have the opportunity to really add value to a growing company.

This role will be a mix of home and office working and there is lots of flexibility on the number of hours worked.
