A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a HR Advisor to join a manufacturing business based in Lancashire. This is initially a 9 month FTC role where you will work as part of a wider HR team on the following areas:

- Supporting Managers on all areas of HR policy and process advice
- Coaching Line Managers
- Leading on absence and performance issues
- Supporting the business with a variety of change projects
- Working on acquisitions

This role will be a mix of home and office working and there is lots of flexibility on the number of hours worked.
