\nPart-time HR Advisor\u00A0 l\u00A0\u00A06 month contract\u00A0 l\u00A0\u00A0\u00A324,000 - \u00A328,840 pro rata\u00A0 l\u00A0\u00A0Initially home-based returning to the office later in the year23.25 hours \/ HOME WORKING \/ 3 Days\n\nThe Client:Our client is an innovative, energetic training provider that places real emphasis on providing a great service to their clients and learners.\u00A0 They genuinely value their employees which is evidenced by the longevity of their staff.\u00A0 They deliver training courses and apprenticeships to people across the UK every day.\u00A0 They are an innovative, energetic company that places real emphasis on providing a great service to their clients and learners and have been recognised as the number 1 training provider as voted by apprentices.\n\nThe Job: Working together their current HR Advisor you will be supporting the delivery of People Strategy by:\n\nActing as the first point of contact for all employee relations related queries.\nCoaching and supporting managers in best-practice people management covering the full HR generalist remit in line with our policies\nSupporting the existing HR team on various engagement projects\nDeveloping existing HR policies\/procedures in-line with current legislation\nSupporting the business in delivering their people plan\nSome general HR administration\/advisor duties\nMonitoring, reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures ensuring these are in line with current legislation.\nCo-ordinating, preparing and executing the launch of the bi-annual Employee Engagement survey.\nCo-ordinating employee forums by arranging meetings, collating agenda items and taking minutes.\nProviding advice and guidance on family friendly policies and processes, along with managing the administration of all letters, updates for payroll and the HR System.\nConducting exit interviews, producing reports and analysis on leavers feedback and reasons for leaving to the HR Team.\nEnsuring the employee relations tracker is accurate and up to date.\nWhere necessary supporting the HR Administrator in providing an efficient professional HR administrative service. \nThe Person:You will be able to demonstrate a strong track record within a previous generalist HR role, with the ability to quickly build strong relationships and manage complex employee relation queries.
