Your new role
As a permanent, part-time HR Advisor, you will be part of a busy HR team, in a fast-paced environment. This is a true generalist HR role, you will be responsible for managing all ER cases from end-end, disciplinaries, grievances, sickness absence, performance management, maternity, paternity and flexible working, you will be responsible for delivering training on HR best practice, you will support with the recruitment and selection co-ordination process and will be responsible for HR administration duties, starters, leavers, offer letters, contracts, changes and administering all employee benefits.
Hours-30 hours per week, Monday-Friday 10am-4pm or 11am -5pm, after lock down, 3 days office based in Milton Keynes and 2 days working from home.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience at HR Advisor level within a generalist role. You must have experience managing ER cases from end-end. Ideally you will be qualified to at least level 5 of the CIPD or equivalent. Ideally you will have worked in a manufacturing, distribution or logistics industry.
