I am working alongside a non-profit care home charity who are looking for a part-time HR Advisor to join their friendly and professional HR team on a temporary basis. The position is for four days per week (30 hours) paying £16.67 per hour and they are looking to have someone in post ASAP. The world class care that the charity offers ranges from compassionate residential, nursing, dementia, respite and end-of-life. They have two state of the art care homes across London, one which opened in May this year.
The offices are located in both south west London and north London and the post holder will be required to travel and work at both. The part-time HR Advisor role also allows you to work from home. You will part of a small HR team where you will report into the Head of HR on a daily basis.
The main purpose of this HR job is to provide HR generalist support to the organisation. The role will require someone to manage employee relation cases, recruitment and support on a number of HR projects. You will play a key role within the team and support the junior members of the HR team when needed.
My client is keen to employ someone who has a passion for the non-profit sector and has supported at a HR Advisor level before. It would be beneficial to have previously worked for a charity or a care home. The role would suit someone who is ambitious, has a positive attitude to work and excellent communication skills.
