My fantastic client who are a family run company who have been operating for over 45 years are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join their team on a part-time basis.

Based in Minchinhampton, this is an excellent opportunity to join an exciting company who manufacture the finest products in their field.

Responsibilities/Duties;

-Compile job specifications, source candidates, telephone and in person interviews and then hiring and completing induction for new employees.

-Deal with the administration of all HR issues.

-A solid understanding of employment law and processes which must be kept up to date.

-Broad understanding of HR issues with the ability to resolve within a timely and effective manner.

-Ability to advise managers on a broad range of HR topics including conducting training and support sessions on specific HR processes and topics.

-Experience of managing formal processes including disciplinaries, grievances, capabilities, redundancies, TUPE, redundancies and sickness management.

-Support departments with pay queries and case managing queries related to Maternity, Paternity, Long Term Sickness and Flexible working.

-Undertake Absence Management administrative activities required to support absence case management, including welfare invite & outcome letters and related documentation.

-To help implement and then manage the new actintime system

Candidate Attributes;

-CIPD Level 5 qualified with working experience in a similar role

-Strong communication skills both written and verbal

-Ability to work autonomously and independently

-Excellent organisation and prioritising skills

-Experience of note taking

-Demonstrate gravitas and credibility

Hours- 25 hours per week, minimum 3 days per week.

Salary- Up to £32,000 pro-rata
