\nMy client is an outstanding and well known brand with a worldwide reputation in its field. An opportunity has arisen for an HR Advisor to join their team on a part time basis. This role will be 15 hours per week. This role pays \u00A329k pro rata.\n\nThis role will provide generalistHRsupporttotheHRdepartmentindeliveringthebusinessobjectivesas directedbytheHeadofHR.Workingcollaborativelywithintheteamensuringaprofessional, effective and efficient service is given to staff and managers across the business.\n\nThe role will entail:\n\nRecruitment, Training andOnboarding. \n\nThis will include training and developing staff and support with on boarding, interviews and assessments as required \nEmployeeRelations and Advisory\n\nSupporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives andsystems\nRespond to HR relatedqueries\nAssisttheHeadofHRwiththecompensationpackageforemployees,includingreviewing existing compensation\/benefits package, collating information, analysing data asrequired\nManage ERcases\nAdvising line managers and other employees on employment law and Silverstones employment policies andprocedures\nNegotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions or redundancy packages with staff as required\nTake minutes in confidential and generalmeetings\nAdvising line managers and other employees on employment law and Silverstones employment policies andprocedures\nNegotiatingsalaries,contracts,workingconditionsorredundancypackageswithstaffas required\nTake minutes in confidential and generalmeetings \nApplicants will have previous HR Advisory experience and be looking for part time hours (15 hours per week).\n\nKatie Bard is acting as an agency and is an equal opportunities employer\n\nKatie Bard will be managing your application in accordance with the GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
