Part-time HR consultant

KHES is a small HR company providing outsourced HR services to businesses varying from multi nationals to micro businesses. We also have a strong focus on GP surgeries. We are looking to recruit a part-time HR professional who has management experience and a strong background in HR administration. We are looking for someone who is confident managing a wide range of HR issues via phone, email and video. You will be well supported and mentored into your new role within the company.Attention to detail is paramount and you will have strong HR and employment law knowledge.  The ability to build strong and lasting relationships with our clients is particularly important.We are looking for someone to work 20 hours per week can be flexible around hours worked.Job RoleAdvising clients on disciplinary and grievance processes, from investigations through to appeals.·Advising clients on restructuring, redundancy and TUPE, supporting them through the process.·Advising clients on performance management processes and sickness absence management.·Drafting letters to support advice given, reports containing your recommendations and outcome letters.·Management of own case load; you will see a case through from start to finish, building up relationships with your clients·Providing a management mentoring role to clients with their HR issues·Ensuring clients are updated on employment law changes.Person specification·The ability to be impartial when conducting hearings on behalf of clients·Tact, diplomacy, and attention to detail·Adaptive and good at finding solutions·Strong and articulate communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to communicate with a range and number of people at all levels·Ability to advise clients on managing risk in relation to HR decisions·Ability to manage, prioritise and adapt to a busy and changing workload·Integrity and professionalismThis job was originally posted as
