- Warrington (Occasional travel across North) In this newly created role, you will support managers and employees across the UK by delivering an effective HR service across the areas of recruitment & onboarding, training & development, performance management support and general HR topics whilst ensuring alignment with the overall HR strategy which is defined by the European HR department.
You will be part of our international HR team (with an HR Officer, a Payroll team and an HR Assistant who executes the full HR administration and 3 HR Officers based across Europe).
You will report directly to the General Manager UK and functionally to the leader of HR, based in Europe.
Initially, the HR Manager will be home-based during the set-up of our clients new Northwest location, expected to open in December 2021.
During the onboarding period, you will be asked to occasionally visit their Yorkshire site.
Profile You are a self-starter with strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to act as a business partner throughout the organisation.
You are a team player, results driven and like to work in a dynamic, international matrix organization.
You are willing to occasionally travel to all branches in the UK.
Must haves: CIPD qualified or other relevant postgraduate qualification Minimum 3 years of relevant HRM experience, preferably in an international environment Knowledge of UK labour laws and practices Experience in recruitment of operational roles is preferred Knowledge of HRM processes & systems and MS Office Excellent verbal & written communication skills
