Your new role
As a HR Manager you will responsible for the following:
* Change management
* Recruitment, onboarding & Induction
* Generalist HR
* Employee Relations
* Learning and development
This part-time position can be between 24-30 hours per week, and flexible on days/hours worked.
Please note, for this position you will be required to work in the office each day.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role, you must have previous experience as a HR Manager (at least 3-5 years), ideally in a stand alone role within the private sector. You must have proven experience working with stakeholders to support and create positive business outcomes with experience with various change programmes. You must also have knowledge of Payroll and experience in dealing with sensitive and more complex employee relation issues.
What you'll get in return
in return, you will receive a salary of £40,000-£45,000 pro rata plus pension, 25 days holiday, onsite parking plus more!
