Part Time HR Manager

To provide a professional HR and People Management service to all staff globally, ensuring that processes are in place to ensure legal compliance and risk management.To maximise business performance through HR initiatives which maximise employee performance and engagement and improve the retention of talent.\n\nTo possess integrity, professional ethics and sound judgement in managing risks and enforcing company-wide standards.HR Responsibilities include:Undertake a HR role in the Management team and advise and guide the SLT in respect of all HR related matters;\nManagement of all aspects of HR legislation, ensuring HR policies are up to date, reflect relevant legislation and good practice;\nOnboarding of all staff globally;\nManagement of the annual performance management process, including objective setting;\nManagement of the Annual Pay and Bonus Review;\nOversee the monthly payroll process to ensure that processes are effective, accurate and efficient, this includes reconciliation of the monthly payroll process;\nSupport and coach Managers in respect of day to day people issues and where necessary, be an escalation point for complex employee relations issues, providing specialist advice and coaching to employees and management on all HR related matters;\nIdentify and recommend training and development initiatives to support performance improvement;\nOversee management of recording and managing absenteeism;\nAnnually review Employee Benefit programmes;\nResponsibility for the Line Management of the Health and Safety and HR team;\nResponsible for all aspects of Global Office Management and Health & Safety.\n\nQualifications, Skills and ExperienceHR Generalist who is CIPD Qualified with solid experience and exposure to influencing at a senior levelAbility to handle business information confidentially, as appropriate;\nDemonstrates management and problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure;\nAbility to communicate effectively with the highest levels of management and decision-making individuals within the organization;\nFamiliarity or experience with implementing policies, procedures, and training materials across business functions;\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation \/ negotiation skills;\nAdequate self-awareness and confidence to acknowledge gaps in certain areas and seek to fill them from reliable sources.\n\nAction orientated, with a focus on continuous improvement in all areas of work.\n\nKnown for high energy and productivity and therefore able to deliver quality results with a challenging, positive, influential styleExcellent HR business partnering skills and relationship buildingFlexible and able to multi-task;\nmanaging a number of different issues simultaneouslyGood working knowledge of UK and international employment law.\n\nThis role will be 25 hours per week spread over 5 days.\n\nFor the first 6 months you will be required to be office based every day and following that there may be some flexibility to work 3 days in the office and 2 at home.\n\nThe Salary is 60,000 to 65,000 pro rataPlease note: As you can appreciate we are currently overwhelmed with applications and we can therefore only contact those applications that have relevant skills for positions that we currently have available.\n\nShould you not hear from us within a week, you have been unsuccessful on this occasion.\n\nMarch Recruitment is an equal opportunities employer and complies with all relevant UK legislation.\n\nIf you are successful in your application, you will be required to attend a full registration with one of our Consultants which will involve you providing a current passport, any relevant visas and completing relevant tests and a full competency based interview.\n\nPlease note that by applying for this vacancy you accept March Recruitment\u2019s Privacy Policy and GDPR Policy which can be found on our website and therefore give us consent to contact you
