Part Time HR Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking HR professional to take on this new position of HR Manager to work for a rapidly growing organisation in their vibrant West London office.
Part Time HR Manager Responsibilities
Your main duties will include:
- Recruit and onboard new employees and provide HR Operational support or guidance to company leadership.
- Review and update the company HR handbook, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain employment law compliance as defined by company employee handbook, policies and procedures and confidentiality.
- Conduct investigations related to employee-related concerns.
- Plan, design and implement employee recognition and engagement programs.
- Audit report preparation.
- Play a vital role in performance review processes.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Part Time HR Manager Experience
The ideal candidate for this position will be a strong leader, excellent communicator and have a collaborative approach to work. You will be highly organised and able to work autonomously as well as being a team player.
Experience in HR and a CIPD qualification is essential, as well as having good knowledge of employment law and its application in an operating environment. It is essential that you are comfortable using the full range of MS Office software to an advanced standard and have a similarly high level of written English.
Time management, prioritisation, and the ability to work to tight deadlines are vital.
