\nHR Manager\n\nPermanent part time (20 hrs \/ week)\n\nSalary \u00A365,000 full time equivalent\n\nSW London - office based\n\n(job ref: VFR2598)\n\nWe are recruiting on behalf of a communications agency for a part time HR Manager. This is a new role and a great opportunity to establish HR processes within a fast growing agency.\n\nHR \n\nRecruitment - Both through agencies and other strategies\nStaff Contracts\nManage the induction of new staff\nCompliance to law\nSetting up staff reviews and undertaking them\nManaging HR policies\nHandbook updates\nBeing the go to person in the agency for staff\nResolving staff complaints if there are any\nAssist with staff pay reviews\nManage exit interviews as and when\nManaging staff sickness and annual leave\nKeeping Job Descriptions up to date\nOther ad-hoc items \nTalent Management\n\nSupport with interviewing\nEnsuring staff morale is high at all times\nManaging individuals training and up-skilling needs\nManaging the social events of the agency\nLooking at staff target and goal setting\nLooking at staff benefits and incentives \nThe Candidate\n\nWill have worked within a communications agency previously, preferably healthcare\n\nWill have a full understanding of HR laws and best practice\n\nWill be outward going yet considerate\n\nWill have a high degree of integrity\n\nBe a self-starter\n\n5 Years + experience\n\nVisionFR is committed to encouraging equality, diversity and inclusion among our workforce and recruitment and eliminating unlawful discrimination.\n\nDue to the high level of applications being received if you do not hear from us within 5 working days, please assume your application has not been successful on this occasion, usually due to other candidates having more relevant sector exposure, qualifications or required skills.
