\nPage Personnel HR are working with a manufacturing company in Stoke-On-Trent who are recruiting for a Part-time HR Manager to join and support their employees. The role is standalone, with a wider HR support network, and focuses on a generalist role involving employee relations, wellbeing, engagement, recruitment and payroll. \n\nClient Details\n\nOur client are a well-established company within the manufacturing industry with a site in Stoke-On-Trent. They are part of a wider group globally. They are recruiting for a Part-time HR Manager to have full responsibility of their HR function. The role is generalist within a company that values wellbeing and engagement. \n\nDescription\n\nThe key responsibilities for the Part-time HR Manager are advising managers on best practice regarding disciplinary issues and offering HR support on investigations, appeals grievances, issuing offer letters and employment contracts for new starters, assisting with end-to-end recruitment processes, liaising with agencies, conducting interviews, chairing employee forum meetings, producing reports for management, advising on issues such as mental health awareness, preparing weekly and monthly payrolls and associated documentation, and coordinating engagement surveys.
