Syme Drummond has been retained by this high growth tech customer based in Edinburgh as they seek to appoint a part time HR generalist to support the senior leadership team achieve their business vision. This role would offer a blended model of 2 days in the office in Edinburgh and 1 day working from home. With ambitious plans, this role will allow the successful applicant to really shape and define the HR function. Working across all areas of HR, you will provide both operational and strategic HR support. You will be experienced in all areas of HR including Employee Engagement and Communication, HR Policy, Performance Management and Talent Management. Experience of Payroll would be advantageous albeit not essential. You will ideally have gained some or all of your HR experience within a similar type of organisation.
