Part time HR Manager (6 month FTC-Perm) 3 full days per week

Our prestigious client is looking to recruit an experienced Part time HR Manager on a 6-month FTC with the view to going permanent. The role will require the HR Manager to work 3 full days per week, however flexibility is offered as to which 3 days. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a professional environment, reporting directly into the CEO with lots of scope for growth and development of the role. Previous experience of Equality, diversity and inclusion is essential for this role.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding HR strategic and operational advice and guidance to senior managementManaging the end-to-end annual HR cycle, including ensuring the maintenance of up-to-date HR filesDeveloping the recruitment process and onboarding of employeesManaging the HR administration in relation to annual appraisals, annual pay review, and monthly payroll submission to the out-sourced payroll service providerManaging the benefits schemes, ensuring value for moneyTraining & development and performance managementEmployee relations and employee policy and procedure, including reviewing and updating/developing policies as requiredMaintaining the Employee HandbookProvide advice to employees at all levels on relevant aspects of HR policies and proceduresEnsuring the company complies with all relevant employment lawWorking with the Facilities Manager to ensure employees comply with all Health & Safety requirementsProviding advice and guidance and over-seeing the administration of the recruitment processCreate regular reports and presentations on HR metrics for senior managementPerson SpecificationCIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalentPrevious experience within a stand-alone HR Operational roleThe candidate will have experience of developing and implementing ED&I initiativesExceptional communication skills and ability to influence, with experience of interacting confidently and appropriately with senior professionals and key stakeholdersIn return you will have the opportunity to work for a company that really values its employees and offers great benefits.The salary banding advertised is a guideline, the remuneration offered will be commensurate upon experience.This job was originally posted as
