A small but growing and global reaching business.\n\nThe role\n\nA hands on HR and Payroll Manager - duties include:\n\nRecruitment across both UK and international offices\n\nProcessing of monthly payroll\n\nProcessing of contract extensions\n\nEnsuring that all HR files are up to date and relevant\n\nAttend board meetings\n\nWorking with finance to ensure that bonus, commission payments are communicated to team member\n\nReview of annual salaries\n\nEnsure compliance of data protection and GDPR regulations\n\nReview, organise and identify training needs\n\nReview, change and update policies and procedures\n\nWhen required work with company lawyers\n\nDeal with any ER related issues\n\nWhat you will need to be successful\n\nThis is an exceptional opportunity for a CIPD (level 5 minimum) qualified individual with generalist HR experience to join a really lovely, down to earth business and be responsible for the HR function.\n\nThe company are looking for someone to work 25 hours per week, ideally 5 days per week in the office and there is flexibility around start and finish time so this would suit someone looking to complement work with family life, work-life balance, other commitments and interests.\n\nThis is a generalist role and does need someone who has generalist HR experience and with knowledge ideally of payroll although you will have support from Finance Director.\n\nYou will need to be accurate, approachable, well organised, have good attention to detail and also be someone about show empathy whilst also ensuring that rules are being adhered to.\n\nWhat you will receive in return\n\nWorking with a really lovely company is only part of what makes this role a great one.
