Part time Interim Generalist HR Advisor

They seek a generalist HR Advisor on a part time basis to join their business to cover a maternity contract.The role:Part time - approx 22.5 hours a week with flexible working available. 2 days in office and possibly one from home.*Day to day HR administration to include management of employee data and the HR system - This person needs to be savvy in systems and excel* Recruitment and on boarding, managing the full process to include inductions* Training and development* Stakeholder and management - This person need to be confident and an excellent relationship builder* ER management - to include performance and absence management, and investigations* HR project work to support the HR Manager - This could be anything around engagement and rewardWhats on offer:* An opportunity to make this role your own and hold autonomy in the role, with the support and coaching of the HR Manager* The opportunity to work from home initially and some flexibility there after* Fantastic family feel and culture, with many long standing employees* Staff discounts* Salary between £25000 to £30,000 Full time equivalent* Annual bonus scheme (Not guaranteed and based on company performance)If you are seeking a part time role, and you are available to start immediately, this could be perfect for you!
