Part time Interim Generalist HR Advisor

I am pleased to be partnering with a fantastic business who offer a unique and luxury product based in the Altrincham area. This client is a family run business, with an excellent track record with long standing employees! They seek a generalist HR Advisor on a part time basis to join their business to cover a maternity contract.

The role:
Part time - approx 22.5 hours a week with flexible working available. 2 days in office and possibly one from home.
*Day to day HR administration to include management of employee data and the HR system - This person needs to be savvy in systems and excel
* Recruitment and on boarding, managing the full process to include inductions
* Training and development
* Stakeholder and management - This person need to be confident and an excellent relationship builder
* ER management - to include performance and absence management, and investigations
* HR project work to support the HR Manager - This could be anything around engagement and reward
