You will work in our busy Operations and People team that is also growing and you'll be the first person to begin building relationships with potential hires of Highfield. You'll be crucial in the people experience and will manage our end-to-end Internal Hiring process. Finally you will have great support and the flexibility to work autonomously - grown up recruitment and talent management.About you? You'll be great with people and proven communication skills able to pick up the phone chatting to a range of talented candidates every day and the market is tough.
