Location: Close to Hedge End/Botley/Bishops Waltham

Salary: £28,000 pro rata but negotiable dependant on experience

You'll be crucial in the people experience and will manage our end-to-end Internal Hiring process. The role?

  • Managing our Internal Hiring Process
  • Responsible for posting jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges
  • Source and recruit candidates by using Job boards, databases, social media, LinkedIn, RAF's, own networks
  • Highfield Marketing & Brand engagement; use of personal LinkedIN to create inbound attraction into Highfield and be personally passionate about why we are a Great Place to Work.
  • Organising Calendly, TEAMS interviews, In Office Interviews
  • Organise and run our skills assessments process - collation of questionnaires, on site desktop exercises, tests
  • Supporting People & Performance Manager in all stages of talent and onboarding
