Part Time Internal Recruiter/HR Administrator - Flexible home-working

We are currently looking for a part time HR Recruiter/HR administrator to join the team.We have a family ethos and are looking for someone who is keen to join our family and contribute to the growth of our family. As a HR Recruiter/HR Administrator, you will be responsible for Recruiting Team members to join the team and general HR Administration. You will advertise internal vacancies, vet suitable candidates and carry out initial telephone and video interviews, before handing over to the Managers for further interviews.  You will utilise Linked in and build relationships with potential staff. You may also build relationships with Rec to Rec Consultants if necessary. You will foster excellent relationships with team members and the Directors and gain a good understanding of the company culture, so you are well placed to source suitable staff for the team. Additionally, you will contribute to maintaining and building the company culture.You will have a successful track record in Internal Recruitment and HR Recruitment with a relevant qualification in HR. Experience working in a Recruitment company is highly advantageous. You will assist with maintaining internal policies and compliance. You will be able to work using your own initiative, have a great attitude and be a self-starter. You will be results focussed and be able to effectively sell the benefits of joining the company. The Successful HR Recruiter/HR Administrator:Will be employed on a 1 year contract (with scope for further extension). Will be paid 25K - 30K (pro rata) dependant on experience.Will have 25 days holiday (pro rata).Will have the flexibility to work from home after spending initial time meeting everyone in the office in London Mayfair to get to know the team and the company culture.Will be working 10 hours per week, must be available to work 2 hours per day Monday to Friday, flexibly in the day.The role is to start immediately, if you feel you have the required experience, please do not hesitate to apply. UCM Education specialise in placing Teachers and support staff in Schools and Nurseries throughout the UK.
