Part Time Internal Recruiter / HR Advisor

Our client is a long standing, reputable company who is based in the Renfrewshire area. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join their established team.This is a newly created hybrid role which will strength and support the companies dynamic growth in the market. Role Internal Recruiter / HR Advisor The position will be to work in conjunction with the operational team to identify gaps in skill shortage and pro-actively manage the life cycle in sourcing new talent into the business. This will be a dual role which will also consist of supporting the Senior Management Team with with any HR related issues. You'll be supporting an Industrial workforce in a true HR generalist role, getting involved in everything from L&D, advising line managers on polices and ER queries.Full Life-Cycle Recruitment*Sourcing, talent pooling and candidate management*Sourcing for immediate need and recruitment events throughout the year*Scheduling and coordinating interviews through virtual platforms or face to face meetings*Managing the onboarding process, new starter administration and any other employee queries that may arise prior to start date*Advertisement of roles through online platforms, screening of candidate applications daily and qualifying candidates who may be suitable*Mapping out the market, identifying talent and competition within the industry HR Support*To contribute to the development and successful delivery of HR projects and initiatives*Provide commercially focused advice and support to Managers on employee relations issues*Support the review and evaluation of L&D activities that are relevant and are in line with company values*Review, analyse and recommend appropriate changes and developments to HR policies and procedures*Produce monthly HR Metric reports for the Senior Management Team*Assist in Performance Appraisal, Discipline & Grievance and Absence Management*To ensure accurate HR records on all employees*Conduct Exit Interviews for leavers up to Manager level Skills & Attributes RequiredA strong working background at Recruiter & HR Advisor level, in an autonomous and fast paced working environmentAbility to use social media platforms (Linkedin, job boards, networking events)Strong communication skills and rapport building'Can do' attitudeAbility to multitask and prioritise workloadDiligent & hardworking IT literate (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel) Candidates must be able to drive and have their own transport due to the remote location of the clients site. This is a part time position, hours to be discussed. Salary £26-28k pro rata, although maybe negotiable depending on experience
