This role will be a mix of working remotely from the comfort of your own home and our City Centre Head Offices.We want awesome people to join our ever expanding team.\nThe role is a part time position working Monday to Friday from 06:00am \u2013 10:00am. \nWe are an award-winning retail technology company who provide IT support to high end Retailers and Hospitality with clients such as Ted Baker, Pizza Hut, Vue Cinemas and many many more.\nWhat will we ask you to do?\nWorking with our team of experienced Analysts you will be the first point of contact for the users of our Help Desk, answering incoming calls and emails, providing support and technical assistance to our clients.You will be troubleshooting problems through diagnostic tests and remote access providing a first time fix where possible.\nYou will be providing a first class professional and friendly service to ensure we continue to enhance our reputation and strive to be the best.\nYou will be provided with the training and support required to help you develop your career within IT.\nHelpdesk Job Duties\n\u00B7Responding to queries via email, or phone\n\u00B7Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customer\n\u00B7Diagnosing system errors and other issues\n\u00B7Record events and problems and their resolution in logs\n\u00B7Follow-up and update customer status and information\n\u00B7Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues\n\u00B7Requesting feedback and\/or monitoring calls and other methods of correspondence to improve training methods\n\u00B7Installing or changing software to fix issues\nRequirements\n\u00B7Proven experience as a help desk Analyst or other customer support role\n\u00B7Tech savvy with working knowledge hardware, software, databases and remote access\n\u00B7Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products\n\u00B7Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues\n\u00B7Proficiency in English\n\u00B7Excellent communication skills\nIs this role for me?\nIf you can answer \u201CYes\u201D to the following questions then, this role shall be of interest to you.\n\u00B7Worked in a fast paced Help Desk\/Support Centre and\/or Retail environment?\n\u00B7Target driven with excellent customer service skills?\n\u00B7Have the ability to communicate well via the telephone to those with varying levels of IT experience?\n\u00B7Have the ability to work under pressure and thrive on a challenge?\n\u00B7Enjoy taking ownership to achieve a successful resolution?\nIf you are looking for your next career move with a company that will allow you to make your mark \u2013 we\u2019re here waiting\n\n\n\n\nContact: Andrena Bailey \nReference: Totaljobs \nJob ID: 94861469
