Part Time Junior Recruiter & Admin Assistant
What you will be responsible for
As a Junior Recruiter and Admin Assistant you will assist the Self Employed division with all aspects of applicant attraction, on-boarding and Induction.
Working as part of our high-profile recruitment team to source top mortgage professionals to join the self-employed division of our Financial Services arm, Just Mortgages.
We’re looking for a recruiter with excellent head hunting skills who can utilise CV Databases, LinkedIn and our ATS platform to generate a pipeline of Mortgage and Protection Advisors to enhance our growing Self Employed Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from first impression to on-boarding. Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer, driving the interview process and offer process Build effective communication and relationships with stakeholders Headhunting CV Screening Telephone Screening Relaying role information and criteria to applicants Keep candidates’ files up to date Maintain effective advertising and awareness of opportunities Responding to all enquiries
This role will also require the successful candidate to work closely with our Executive Assistant to ensure that the on-boarding and application processes are completed and that all training proceeds with full attendance. Including; Conduct welcome call to new applicants Arrange all Induction courses Ensure completion of pre-course workbook Check understanding of Joining Instructions for all applicants Maintain and close learning records at appropriate stages Support with the annual Self Employed Division Training Plan
What you will need: Internal recruitment or proven track record in resourcing/head hunting candidates Able to make others feel comfortable and confident and instil a sense of “trustworthiness” to all stakeholders Strong customer service experience Excellent telephone manner Strong administration skills Self-motivated and driven Ability to work well within a team Experience working with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word Open-minded and open to change and development Excellent interpersonal and intrapersonal skills Highly organised individual with a refined level of time-management Ability to communicate effectively with people including senior persons and commercial businesses Candidate-focused Ability to work with complex information Ability to stay calm when under pressure Positive team player
