Part Time Marketing Manager – Thames Ditton, Surrey
£30,000 – £40,000 DOE (pro-rata for any flexible working arrangements) plus benefits

Our client is an exciting new start-up. Founded in August 2019, they are on a mission to improve the lives of parents by giving them easy remote access to a holistic range of specialists helping them to thrive; covering a variety of parental issues.
Their goal is simple. To improve mental health and professional prospects for all parents, everywhere.
They are an ambitious business and after a successful fundraise are looking to grow quickly while ensuring that the services they provide are of the highest quality. Our client is therefore looking for a talented, innovative marketing professional to play an integral part in helping to shape and grow the business.
The successful applicant will carry out the following duties initially: Regularly create content and guides for the resource Hub Create monthly newsletters to engage with various audiences including: Businesses, Schools and Parents Work in partnership with our clients Founder and Sales Manager to deliver B2B events and build their presence as a thought leader in this space Build and deliver a social media strategy to engage: Businesses on LinkedIn and Twitter and Parents on Facebook and Instagram with a mixture of paid and organic content Assist in managing the website, keeping it up to date and compliant from a data protection perspective Assist in creating engaging presentations for regular webinars and sales pitches Contribute in creating their webinar calendar
The ideal candidate will: Be a creative and innovative marketer who is happy to turn your hand to anything Thrive working at pace and to tight deadlines and flexible in adjusting quickly to new opportunities Understand & feel passionate about what our client does Be talented at writing engaging content to a variety of audiences Have experience maintaining and editing WordPress websites and technically adaptable to use a variety of systems including: Canva and a variety of other systems Have experience delivering successful paid advertising campaigns for B2B and/or B2C audiences Be used to using data to drive activity and results
The Successful Candidate
The role will involve regularly creating content and guides to engage with various audiences as well as to assist in managing the website, keeping it up to date and compliant from a data protection perspective.
