Pertemps are recruiting for a Part-time Office Manager to support a reputable Public Sector Organisation on an 8 week assignment.Office ManagerHours: 3 days per week 9am-5pmAssignment: 8 weeksPay: £14.83 per hourLocation: Home Based with requirement to attend site when required (Edinburgh)ResponsibilitiesOverview" To actively manage the day to day administration and operations including, administrative, information technology and general staff support." To make sure the organisation operates efficiently and effectively.To line manage and supervise two Office Administrators. To allocate and support their workload and cover any relevant duties as required due to annual leave or contracted hours.DutiesGeneral" Lead, manage and supervise the Administration team; overseeing, managing time and resources and coordinating the work of that team, organising and ensuring cover for all admin and finance responsibilities." Get people and systems well organised, and manage finances to ensure business always operates effectively and efficiently to deliver services and projects and meet targets." Liaise with solicitors, managers and project coordinators regarding administrative support required." Deal with confidential information about service users, staff and volunteers in accordance with the Data Protection Act and confidentiality policies and practices." Co-ordinate any Management of information required by senior staff. Manage the premises used by the charity including relationships with landlords, managing agents and other tenants" Manage facilities including IT service provider, payroll service and HR/legal advisory service" To continuously review Covid Risk management and return to work policies.Experience Required- Previous office management experience is essential- Microsoft office skills- Line Management ExperienceIf you are immediately available with previous Office Management experience, please submit your CV today!
